Like many around the world, I watched with heartbreak as the people of Gaza faced ongoing violence, hardship, and loss. But what broke me most was realizing how often the world looks away especially from those who cannot leave: the orphans, the elderly, and the families still trapped in a daily fight for survival.
I couldn’t look away. And I couldn’t stay silent.
What began as a personal response to suffering soon grew into something more: a call to act. I started with what I had time, passion, and a deep belief in solidarity. I began donating, learning, and connecting with people on the ground. I used every spare moment outside of my fulltime job to organize grassroots fundraising, share awareness, and build partnerships with those already doing the hard work in Gaza.
From these humble beginnings, Palestine Solidarity Merchandise was born not just as a store, but as a movement for ethical action.
